Athletic Director Incarnate Word Academy, a Catholic college-preparatory high school for young women in St. Louis is seeking a full-time Athletic Director to lead a tradition rich, decades long successful program both on and off the field. The Athletic Director (AD) provides visionary leadership cultivating a culture of sportsmanship, character and excellence. This individual plays an integral role in advancing the mission and values of IWA through the continuous development and management of a vibrant athletic program committed to excellence. The AD reports to the Assistant Principal and is a member of the Administrative Team. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree in Athletic Administration, Education, or related field preferred.

Key Responsibilities: - Continuous development and evaluation of the athletic program, ensuring alignment with the mission and values of IWA.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all student-athletes while promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, character and faith development.
- Manage the athletic budget, including fundraising, resources, procurement and financial reporting.
- Hire, supervise, and evaluate coaches and other athletic staff and provide professional development opportunities for coaches.
- Ensure compliance with MSHSAA and handle all MSHSAA related compliance documentation.
Oversee scheduling for games, practices, and events, manage facility usage including concessions and maintenance for athletic activities. - Serve as liaison with the Booster Club which involves organizing fundraising events such as the Golf Tournament, Trivia Knight and other community engagement activities to support the athletic department.

Manager of Alumnae Engagement POSITION SUMMARY: The Manager of Alumnae Engagement is responsible for coordinating a comprehensive alumnae relations strategy that builds mutually beneficial connections between IWA and its alumnae. She/he helps to increase alumnae and constituent engagement, focusing on initiatives that create tangible benefits, both professionally and personally, for current students and alumnae. Reporting directly to the Director of Advancement, this position coordinates and assists with the implementation of alumnae events and communication vehicles in collaboration with the advancement staff, Alumnae Association, and IWA leadership. Duties: Works with the President and Director of Advancement to coordinate an overall strategy for alumnae relations, which is further defined by 1) class (through class advocate program,) 2) geography (to create regional programs over time,) 3) and volunteer leadership (Alumnae Association.) Helps implement strategies for constituent relations (e.g., students, parents, parents of alumnae, grandparents, faculty & staff.) Helps create, maintain, and provide engagement opportunities for all alumnae through events and consistent communication using electronic, digital media, print, and social media to foster positive alumnae relations. Works with the Director of Communications & Marketing and the Database Manager to track engagement. Builds meaningful relationships with alumnae. Coordinates, implements, and attends alumnae events, including: Reunion Weekend, Hall of Fame, Career Day, ongoing class gatherings, regional alumnae events, affinity group gatherings, Alumnae Association meetings and events, and other events as assigned. Assists with the implementation of marketing strategies that promote alumnae involvement and works with the Director of Communications & Marketing to produce timely email and print communication pieces. Provides story ideas to the Director of Communications & Marketing for: monthly Red Knight Insider, IWA Magazine, and postings on social media. Collects and organizes Class Notes, Births & Deaths, Marriages, In Memoriams. Coordinates History Wall, Class Composite Screen, and Alumnae Business Directory updates. Helps keep (up-to-date) records and directories of alumnae and reviews obituaries for individuals who are part of the IWA community. Collaborates with the Database Coordinator to update alumnae records in the Raiser’s Edge database. Serves as IWA’s liaison to the Alumnae Association and staffs their bi-monthly meetings, attend Executive Board meetings, and staff all Alumnae Association events. Helps manage IWA’s Alumnae Class Advocate Program and coordinates alumnae Reunion Weekend and reunion efforts. Works with the Director of Advancement to create and implement a reunion giving program. Generates, organizes and analyzes reports extracted from Raiser’s Edge for the Advancement Department
Works with school administrators to determine how alumnae relations/advancement can support school efforts, specifically admissions. Embraces ongoing professional development growth & collaborates with other alumnae relations professionals, including the collaboration and execution of Girls Schools Unite. Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Advancement or President.
Job Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a liberal arts or business field preferred with 3-5 years of professional work experience in nonprofit management, development, alumnae relations, marketing, events management or similar professional work experience Demonstrated enthusiasm for alumnae relations and a passion for IWA’s mission Proven ability to multitask with a very high level of attention to detail and output in a fast-paced environment Proven ability to work effectively and professionally with all levels of internal and external clients Ability to establish effective working relationships with co-workers and volunteers to accomplish objectives successfully Ability to work in an environment that embraces a diverse community of students, employees, parents, and alumnae Strong proficiency in a variety of computer software applications, including: Google suite of programs, Microsoft Office, donor databases (preferably Raiser’s Edge,) presentation software, email, and social media platforms Proven ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-starter with the ability to create and follow through with an annual plan High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations

Head Girls Soccer Coach Incarnate Word Academy – Spring 2026 Season Incarnate Word Academy is seeking a Head Girls Soccer Coach for the Spring 2026 season. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong skills in relationship building, communication, organization, and a thorough knowledge of the sport. Previous head coaching experience is preferred but not required. This is a stipend position, compensated according to the Incarnate Word Academy athletic stipend schedule. Primary Responsibilities Promoting growth and development of soccer athletes Building relationships with athletes, parents, and potential IWA student-athletes Planning and organizing practices, including securing locations and developing practice plans Assisting athletes with offseason improvement plans Collaborating with assistant and lower-level coaches
